Thinking through narrative.

Narrative is not only communication. It is how people, organizations, and cultures make sense of reality.

Stories shape how we interpret the world, understand ourselves, and decide what matters. They influence organizations and institutions as much as they shape identity, belonging, fear, and collective behavior.

My work explores how narrative creates clarity in environments marked by complexity, uncertainty, and change.

For more than thirty years, I have worked at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and decision-making, including senior strategy roles at WPP, Havas-Arnold, and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Working with leadership teams, institutions, and organizations across cultures and industries, I have seen how disconnects emerge when people don´t share a common understanding of reality.

Through keynotes, writing, advisory work, and books, I explore how narrative shapes organizations, culture, and the way people understand themselves and the world around them.

``Organizations rarely fail from a lack of information. They fail when meaning fragments, alignment weakens, and the stories holding people together stop working.``
